Who doesn't like chocolate?
On top of being a delicious treat, chocolate has a fascinating story and is surrounded by infinite surprising facts. You got to see a real cacao tree and try a fruit!
When i eat Cacao or Chocolate...
1. ...I live longer
Cacao is full of antioxidants which help prevent cancer, blood and cardiovascular diseases. The higher cacao content in chocolate, the healthiest it is.
2. ...it's good for my body
because it contains many nutrients useful for my body such as magnesium, copper, phosphorus and iron. It is also antibacterial and anti-inflamatory.
3. ...I feel happy
because my brain generates serotonin which makes me feel good and is my body's own antidepressant. The magnesium contained in cacao also relaxes me and fights stress.
4. ...I have more energy
because cacao contains theobromine, a similar substance to caffeine with lighter but longer effects on the human body. What's more, chocolate is high in carbs and gives an instant and long lasting energy.
